This is pretty long overdue and i am sorry for delay. I recently moved from Portland to Gilbert area and i am owning 2009 911 turbo. 16 year old car always is quite fragile and battery was dying on me. Other places literally charges an arm and a leg for this kind of simple work (upward of 600 bucks!) Ian is the guy who knows in and out of these cars and sorted this out at reasonable price. Also, aces auto knows what they are doing on these performance cars. My spark plugs are coming up and everywhere else charges like 1500 bucks because they are claiming engine needs to be taken out. I recently had my Bentley serviced at Aces Auto Elite. After incredible disappointment with the "service" provided by Penske Bentley, it was refreshing to work with Ian, Brian and Allen. The level of service and honesty was 100% better and 180 degrees different than going to the stealership. Very personalized service with great respect for the finest autos on the road. After experiencing chronically long wait periods to get my Aston Martin DB11 serviced at the dealership, I did some investigation and came upon ACES Auto Elite. I decided to give them a shot at addressing a check engine light and was super happy with how quickly they got the car in, diagnosed the fault and fixed it, as well as performing a regular scheduled service. Months later no engine light has returned and the car is running perfect. The frosting on the cake,.... I believe the cost was much better than if I had the work done at the dealership. Jim, Ian, and everyone at Aces Auto Elite were absolutely amazing. The level of customer service was second to none. I found their shop through the PCA recommended shop list, and they did not steer me wrong. They are certified Porsche specialists and true enthusiasts. Communication was open the entire time they had my car. They set proper expectations, provided regular photos, videos, and updates, and even advised me on different routes that could save me money instead of just pushing me to go all-in. That alone says a lot about their integrity. I also referred a friend whose car had been sitting while another shop tried to source a part for months. Aces was able to get him squared away quickly. These guys are true professionals on every level. Jim, his whole team, and Nick with Bespoke are truly passionate about the cars and genuinely “the guys” you want touching your high end vehicles. I was somewhat surprised yet pleased when Ian said they at Aces would be pleased to change the clutch in my 1959 Triumph TR3A since she is certainly not an "exotic". The price was very fair, the time was as I had expected, and Alan did a great job, treating her like he would the much more expensive vehicles she was around for that short time. I was informed, almost daily, on the progress of the changeout and repairs, including the total screwups Alan found from a previous engine repair that was performed at a different shop in Phoenix. I live in the DFW area and was in Mesa for an extended amount of time. Needed my Cayenne serviced and found Aces. Went over and checked out the shop. Nice place. Clean, nice lifts, techs all had nice boxes and they had all technology to work on a Porsche. Talked to a couple of the techs, all seemed pro and had a love for the cars.
